Roles & Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and obtain medical histories
• Administer injections and perform specimen collection
• Assist with patient rooming and ear lavage
• Review lab tests and perform follow-up phone calls
• Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG and perform pulse oximetry

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant Certified (MA-C) required
• 6 months of experience in adult or pediatric outpatient clinic setting
• EPIC experience required
• Certifications: MA-C, BLS, ACLS (preferred)

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
