Roles & Responsibilities
- Dispense medications and provide patient care in a 94-bed hospital
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure top-notch patient care
- Monitor patient health and adjust medication plans as needed
Qualifications
- Current Pharmacist license
- Experience in a hospital setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education
- Pharmacy degree from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Pharmacology and medication management
- Patient care and communication
- Hospital operations and procedures
