Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform rapid assessments and stabilize patients presenting to the Emergency Department
• Monitor vital signs, interpret ECGs, and initiate appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with a team of nurses, paramedics, and EMTs to deliver efficient patient care
• Document accurately in the GE EMR (Meditech) system
• Triage patients based on acuity and prioritize care in a fast-paced environment
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining a 4:1 nurse-to-patient ratio

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado or a compact state
• Minimum of 1 year current acute care Emergency Department experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications
• Trauma Level I or Level II experience preferred
• Prior Meditech EMR experience preferred
• Team player who is motivated, ambitious, and committed to patient care
