Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide safe and high-quality patient care in your assigned unit
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-care instructions
• Maintain a compassionate and patient-centered approach at all times

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in your clinical specialty
• Active professional license in Texas or a compact license accepted
• BLS certification (AHA or comparable)
• ACLS certification may be required depending on unit
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work efficiently under pressure

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
• Compassionate, patient-first mindset with a focus on positive outcomes
