Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Flexible per diem 6-hour shifts; schedule varies based on availability
Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate pediatric patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help children communicate effectively
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a compassionate, child-friendly environment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Educate and empower families to support their child's communication goals at home
Qualifications
- Current Oregon state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience with pediatric speech and language disorders
- CPR/BLS certification
- A passion for helping children and their families thrive
Knowledge & Skills
- Pediatric speech, language, and swallowing assessment
- Knowledge of developmental milestones and early intervention techniques
- Strong documentation and care planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic clinical setting
