Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate pediatric patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help children communicate effectively
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a compassionate, child-friendly environment
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
• Educate and empower families to support their child's communication goals at home

Qualifications

• Current Oregon state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience with pediatric speech and language disorders
• CPR/BLS certification
• A passion for helping children and their families thrive

Knowledge & Skills

• Pediatric speech, language, and swallowing assessment
• Knowledge of developmental milestones and early intervention techniques
• Strong documentation and care planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic clinical setting
