Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams including echocardiograms and vascular studies
Complete studies efficiently while maintaining excellent patient care standards
Assist physicians with radiology procedures and ensure timely workflow
Maintain equipment and supplies while following strict safety and infection control protocols
Respond to on-call needs within 30 minutes when scheduled
Collaborate with the healthcare team to support seamless patient experiences

Qualifications

Active ARDMS certification required
Current American Heart Association BLS certification
Minimum 2 years of ultrasound experience
Proficiency with MediTech EMR system
Experience performing echocardiograms with Definity contrast
Ability to start IVs independently

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in TTE, TEE, and stress echocardiograms
Experienced with venous and arterial Doppler studies
Comfortable performing ABI, carotid Doppler, and vein mapping exams
Knowledge of pericardiocentesis and thrombin injection procedures
Strong organizational and communication abilities
