Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting
Triage patients safely, rapidly, and accurately to prioritize care
Communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare team about patient status
Cross-train in other nursing departments as needed to support the team
Maintain accurate electronic medical records using T-System and CPSI

Qualifications

Current California RN license required
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
2+ years of recent ER experience preferred
Must pass nursing medication test
Effective communication in English, both verbal and written
Willing to float to Med Surg if needed
