Shift Type: Variable days, 4x10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Days), with call 1-2 nights per week and every 3rd weekend.

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams in General, OBGYN, and Vascular specialties
• Assist with procedures including drains and biopsies
• Accurately document and image studies using EPIC and Fuji systems
• Operate Phillips ultrasound equipment with precision
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to ensure excellent patient care
• Manage an average of 8-10 scans per day, sometimes more, in a dynamic acute care setting

Qualifications

• Active RDMS certification through ARDMS in General or OBGYN (RVT strongly preferred)
• RVT certification through ARDMS (RDCS is a bonus)
• Current BLS (AHA) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of ultrasound experience, with strong procedural skills
• Experience with biopsies, drains, and vascular imaging

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in General, OBGYN, and Vascular ultrasound
• Skilled in performing procedures, drains, and biopsies
• Comfortable with EPIC and Fuji imaging systems
• Experienced with Phillips ultrasound equipment
• Strong understanding of anatomy and sonographic techniques
• Excellent patient interaction and communication skills
