Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents and patients
• Assist with activities of daily living like bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor and record vital signs with accuracy
• Help patients with mobility and transfers safely
• Communicate clearly with nursing staff and family members
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
• Ability to lift and move patients with proper technique
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate, patient-centered attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques
• Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
• Ability to accurately document care using electronic health records
• Interpersonal skills to connect with patients and their families
• Time management and ability to multitask in a busy environment
