Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents, assisting with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and eating
• Take and record vital signs, promptly reporting changes to the nursing team
• Support mobility and transfers, ensuring resident safety and comfort
• Maintain a clean and hygienic environment for residents
• Communicate effectively with staff and residents to ensure high-quality care
• Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Compassion and a genuine desire to help others
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong observation and documentation abilities
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks with proper body mechanics
• Empathy and patience in challenging situations
• Basic computer skills for electronic health records
