Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to keep residents comfortable and safe
• Support residents with meals and hydration, ensuring individual dietary needs are met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and teammates
• Communicate warmly with residents and families to create a positive care experience

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Prior healthcare or long-term care experience is a plus
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

Knowledge & Skills

• Resident care techniques and safety protocols
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Time management and prioritization
• Understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy
• Basic computer and documentation skills
