Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions
• Assist with meals and ensure proper nutrition and hydration
• Support residents with mobility and positioning
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and families
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in New Hampshire or VT/NH compact state
• Completion of a state-approved training program
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption, as required by facility policy
• Ability to work every weekend (Friday-Sunday) with a 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM shift
• Prior long-term care or rehab experience is a plus, but caring new grads are encouraged to apply
