Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement patient care for med/surg, observation, and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and intervene promptly in changes
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and discharge plans
• Document patient status accurately and timely
• Float to other units as needed to support staffing
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a rural hospital setting

Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license or compact (NLC) license
• ACLS, BLS/BCLS, and PALS certifications required
• Minimum 3 years of Med/Surg or Telemetry RN experience
• Willingness to float to other units
• Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility (per radius rule)
