Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Take and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Assist with mobility, transferring, and positioning to ensure resident safety and comfort
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed
• Document care provided and observations accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification is a plus
• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility is helpful
• A genuine passion for helping others and providing quality care
• Ability to work a per diem schedule, including evenings

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and safety protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
• Compassion and empathy for residents and their families
• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
