Sonographer
Location: Durango, Colorado
Start Date: 07-06-2026
End Date: 10-05-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 4 10-hour shifts, variable days, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, plus call 1-2 nights per week and every 3rd weekend
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality General, OBGYN, and Vascular ultrasound exams
- Conduct image-guided procedures including drains and biopsies
- Collaborate with radiologists to ensure accurate diagnostic imaging
- Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols
- Document studies thoroughly in Fuji EPIC PACS system
Qualifications
- Current RDMS certification (General or OBGYN)
- BLS certification required
- RVT preferred, RDCS a bonus
- Strong experience in General and OBGYN ultrasound
- Procedure experience required
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient with Phillips ultrasound equipment
- Comfortable performing 8-10+ scans per day
- Familiar with Fuji EPIC EMR/PACS
- Able to work independently with radiologist support
