Shift Type: Full-time NOC shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert respiratory care to mostly adult patients with some pediatric cases through the ED
Manage ventilators and bubble CPAP for neonates 32 weeks and up in our level 2 nursery
Draw ABGs and set up BiPAP and ventilator treatments with precision
Assist with intubation and provide standby support for conscious sedation and cardioversion
Deliver neb treatments and ensure top-notch care across our inpatient unit

Qualifications

Active WA RT License required
RRT or CRT certification accepted
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Strong NICU experience with bubble CPAP competency for 32 weeks and up
Proven ventilator skills and ability to work independently on NOC shifts

Knowledge & Skills

Ventilator management with PB 980 equipment
Philips V60 and Respironics Lumis for BiPAP and CPAP
ABG draws and analysis
Neonatal care for 32 weeks and older
Team collaboration with 4+ RTs on NOC shifts
