Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on orthopedic therapy focusing on shoulders, elbows, and wrists
Help patients recover from tendonitis, fractures, and post-surgical repairs
Provide care across outpatient ortho, acute inpatient, and rehab settings
Document patient progress using ReDoc and Meditech systems
Collaborate with rehab aides and the OT manager to optimize outcomes
Support patients with orthopedic, CVA, MS, and head injury diagnoses

Qualifications

Current Oregon Occupational Therapist license required
BLS certification required
Outpatient orthopedic experience with upper extremity focus
Hands-on experience with shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow conditions
Lymphedema training is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
Upper extremity therapy expertise
Familiarity with ReDoc and Meditech documentation
Ability to treat 12 patients per day across multiple settings
Comfort working independently in OP ortho (80-100% of caseload)
