Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Room and check in patients as they arrive for clinic appointments, creating a welcoming and efficient experience
• Assist providers with in-office procedures, ensuring the treatment area is prepared and patients are comfortable
• Provide patient education on procedures, pre- and post-operative instructions, and care plans
• Triage patient phone calls and walk-ins, prioritizing care based on clinical need
• Schedule and coordinate procedures and surgeries using Athena EMR, working closely with surgical teams

Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN license or a compact RN license (must be active)
• BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Minimum of 1 year of RN Ambulatory Care experience
• ACLS certification is preferred
• Experience with Athena EMR and Point Click is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of ambulatory care nursing best practices
• Proficiency in using Athena EMR for scheduling, documentation, and coordination
• Familiarity with Point Click electronic medical records
• Excellent patient assessment and triage skills
• Effective communication and patient education abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinic staff and providers
