Shift Type: Nights, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, including weekend rotation (Fri/Sat nights)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $88 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to labor and delivery patients
Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs using advanced surveillance systems
Assist with low and high-risk deliveries in a Level III NICU environment
Collaborate with laborists and multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
Administer medications, manage IV lines, and support postpartum care

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
Minimum of 2 years of recent L&D experience
BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Advanced AWHONN certifications required
Ability to pass a proctored Dysrhythmia test onsite

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in Cerner EMR and Fetal Link surveillance
Strong understanding of advanced fetal monitoring
Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
Ability to float to Peds and NICU as needed (feeders and growers)
