Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care services to patients in emergency and intensive care settings
• Deliver therapeutic treatments and diagnostic testing for pulmonary and cardiopulmonary disorders
• Perform invasive and non-invasive monitoring to track patient progress and respond to changes
• Educate patients and their families on managing respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions
• Monitor and maintain respiratory equipment to ensure safe and effective operation
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Michigan Respiratory Therapist license (or ability to obtain before start)
• 2+ years of RRT experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
• Previous travel experience preferred
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in respiratory care and therapeutic treatment
• Skilled in invasive and non-invasive monitoring
• Proficient in diagnostic testing for pulmonary and cardiopulmonary disorders
• Strong patient education and communication skills
• Experience with equipment monitoring and maintenance
• Dedication to quality assurance and continuous improvement
