Shift Type: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed weekly hours
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs
- Develop individualized plans of care following regulatory and clinical practice standards
- Apply evidence-based interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments to achieve the best outcomes
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the care team to support each patient's recovery
- Document care accurately and participate in care conferences and team meetings
- Supervise PTAs, rehab aides, and students as needed
Qualifications
- 1 year of physical therapy experience (new grads welcome with Level II clinical experience)
- LTC or rehabilitation experience required
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
- Wound care experience is a plus
- A passion for helping others and working as part of a collaborative team
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong patient evaluation and assessment skills
- Clinical documentation and electronic health record proficiency
- Knowledge of therapeutic exercise, modalities, and assistive devices
- Ability to provide patient and family education
- Understanding of discharge planning and regulatory compliance
- Wound care expertise
