Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert respiratory care to critically ill neonates in our Level 1 Trauma NICU
- Skillfully manage Hamilton G5 and C1 ventilators, adjusting therapy to meet each patient's unique needs
- Perform thorough breathing treatments and ventilation assessments with precision and care
- Document accurately in Meditech EMR and collaborate closely with the care team
- Respond quickly and confidently to emergent respiratory situations
- Bring high energy, compassion, and a commitment to making a difference in critical care
Qualifications
- Active RRT credential with a minimum of 1 year current acute care hospital experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications - these are must-haves
- NICU/PEDS experience and Level 1 Trauma experience are preferred and will make you stand out
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a 10:1 patient ratio
- High-energy personality with a passion for critical care and patient advocacy
Knowledge & Skills
- Expert proficiency in ventilator management, including Hamilton G5 and C1 ventilators
- Strong skills in breathing treatments and ventilation assessments
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR charting
- Understanding of Level 1 Trauma and NICU/PEDS patient care
- Excellent communication and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to stay calm and effective in high-stress situations
