Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Flexible 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends as needed

Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to critically ill pediatric patients
Monitor and assess patient conditions continuously
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Educate families on patient care and discharge planning
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications

Current RN license in Massachusetts
BLS and PALS certifications required
BSN preferred
Previous PICU experience is a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of pediatric critical care nursing principles
Proficiency in patient assessment and monitoring
Skill in administering medications via various routes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills
Familiarity with electronic health records
