Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Days, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, every other weekend and holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute personalized patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
Document care according to the highest standards to ensure continuity
Educate patients and families to empower them on their health journey
Participate in performance improvement initiatives to elevate unit excellence

Qualifications

Active Wisconsin RN license in good standing
Current BLS (CPR) and NIHSS certifications
Prior nursing experience in ortho/neuro or med-surg preferred
Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in the nursing process and evidence-based practice
Proficiency with Point Click EMR system
Ability to float to other units as needed
Dedication to patient safety and positive patient experiences
