Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Varied 12-hour shifts, 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM or 3:00 AM - 3:00 PM, negotiable

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and plan exceptional care for OB patients using your clinical expertise
Implement and evaluate patient care plans with precision and compassion
Direct and mentor LPNs, PCTs, and unit staff to elevate team performance
Adapt seamlessly to schedule changes while delivering outstanding results
Float within your scope to support the facility's mission and community

Qualifications

2+ years of OB experience
Completed at least 1 travel assignment
Able to function as 1st assist and scrub OB (highly preferred)
Active Ohio or Compact RN License verified via Nursys
Current certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NRP, S.T.A.B.L.E., and FHM

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

OBGYN skills checklist current within 1 year
Proficiency in MediTech EMR
Strong clinical judgment based on scientific knowledge
Flexibility in fast-paced health system environment
