Registered Nurse - MS/Tele/PCU Float Pool
Location: Prescott, Arizona

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care across MedSurg, Telemetry, and PCU units
- Manage and titrate critical drips including Heparin, Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitro, Dopamine, Dobutamine, and Insulin
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret dysrhythmias with confidence
- Deliver excellent post-procedural and post-cardiac cath care
- Collaborate with charge nurses and nursing assistants to ensure safe patient ratios
- Float between campuses and support inpatient ED holds as needed
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of recent PCU experience
- Comfortable managing multiple titratable drips
- Strong dysrhythmia interpretation skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in cardiac monitoring and strip interpretation
- Experience with CPAP, BiPAP, and heated high-flow oxygen
- Able to care for geriatric and orthopedic patients
- Familiar with post-MI, CABG, and cardiac cath recovery protocols
- Flexible and adaptable to changing unit assignments
