Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, provide, and evaluate nursing care for a diverse patient population using the nursing process and critical thinking
• Make nursing judgments and decisions independently, assuming responsibility for patient care and documentation
• Provide care in a small, rural critical access hospital, hitting the ground running and working autonomously
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes and a patient-centered approach
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment caring for patients from newborn to geriatric

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in ICU, PCU, Med/Surg, or ED
• Experience with telemetry and cardiac monitoring
• Active New Hampshire RN license or Compact RN license
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications (must be uploaded with profile)
• Previous travel or rural/small facility experience is a plus
• Exceptional communication skills, team player, and motivated to learn

• Patient assessment and nursing documentation
• Cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation
• Critical thinking and independent decision-making
• Inpatient medical-surgical care across the lifespan
• Ability to work effectively in a small, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in ACLS, BLS, and PALS protocols
