Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to med/surg patients
• Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and safety
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and respond to changes
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans
• Educate patients and families on recovery and discharge instructions
• Maintain a calm, organized environment during high-acuity situations

Qualifications

• Current and active RN license in South Carolina or compact state
• BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
• Previous med/surg or acute care nursing experience is a plus
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in medication administration and IV therapy
• Knowledgeable in wound care and patient assessment
• Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR)
• Excellent documentation and time-management abilities
• Team-oriented with a patient-first mindset
