Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients using the nursing process
• Assess patient needs and develop personalized plans of care
• Implement nursing measures and treatment plans
• Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing care and adjust interventions as needed
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes
• Serve as a liaison between patients and staff, fostering clear communication

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania
• 2 years of previous RN experience required
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (renew every two years)
• Must be currently active state license

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as a team member and liaison between patients and staff
• Sound judgment, tact, sensitivity, and professionalism when interacting with patients, families, and colleagues
• High level of mental and emotional tolerance when dealing with ill people
• Proficiency in patient assessment, care planning, and patient evaluation
• Familiarity with Point Click EMR
