Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care using the nursing process
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Provide education and support to patients and families from admission through discharge
• Document the nursing process thoroughly, concisely, and accurately
• Collaborate with physicians and communicate changes in patient status promptly
• Supervise and delegate tasks to co-workers to ensure quality care
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and ensure equipment is ready for patient care

Qualifications

• 2 years of previous Registered Nursing experience preferred
• Active Ohio RN license required
• CPR/BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Med/Surg experience preferred

Education

• Completion of an accredited nursing program: Diploma in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and make independent decisions
• Empathetic patient-centered care approach
• Skilled in patient assessment and medication administration
