Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient vitals and report changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
• Willingness to work weekends and part-time schedule
• No prior experience required; new graduates are encouraged to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of medical-surgical nursing principles
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Patient assessment and care planning
• Medication administration and dose calculation
• Infection control and safety protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
