Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient vitals and report changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
- Willingness to work weekends and part-time schedule
- No prior experience required; new graduates are encouraged to apply
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of medical-surgical nursing principles
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Patient assessment and care planning
- Medication administration and dose calculation
- Infection control and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
