Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide thorough dental cleanings and prophylaxis to patients
• Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
• Document patient care and update dental charts
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
• Assist with patient assessments and treatment planning
• Ensure a clean and safe clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Experience in a fast-paced dental office preferred
• Excellent patient communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Skill in taking radiographs
• Understanding of dental software for charting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and infection control practices
