Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional preventive dental care, including cleanings and oral health assessments
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Take and develop dental X-rays to support accurate diagnosis
• Document patient histories, treatments, and care plans with precision
• Collaborate with dentists and team members to deliver outstanding patient experiences

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia required
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care
• Previous dental hygiene experience is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and instrumentation
• Familiarity with dental software and patient management systems
• Solid understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols
• Ability to create a comfortable, welcoming environment for patients
