Roles & Responsibilities

Develop, coordinate, and deliver exceptional care to Telemetry patients, making a real difference in their recovery
Uphold the highest standards of professional nursing to ensure top-quality patient outcomes
Supervise CNAs and other healthcare team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient unit

Qualifications

Active Illinois RN license required at submission
BLS/CPR (AHA), ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Fully COVID vaccinated
Current Staffing Agency's IL Nurse Agency Certificate

Education

RN licensure in Illinois

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in Med Surg/Telemetry and Stepdown nursing
Proficient in reading monitors, managing cardiac drips, and handling post-surgical cases
Strong experience with adult and geriatric patients
Telemetry nursing and professional nursing standards
