Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour AM/PM shifts with every other weekend requirement and 2 twelve-hour call shifts every 4 weeks

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $73 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to laboring mothers and newborns in a supportive LDRP environment
Circulate and scrub for cesarean sections in the OR suite
Monitor and titrate critical drips including Pitocin, Fentanyl, and Labetalol
Respond to obstetrical emergencies with confidence and skill
Collaborate with OB techs and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe deliveries
Read and interpret fetal monitoring strips to support positive outcomes

Qualifications

Active Oregon RN license or ability to obtain 90-day emergency license
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
Experience circulating and/or scrubbing in the OR for cesarean sections
Comfortable titrating drips and managing high-risk obstetric patients

Knowledge & Skills

Strong fetal monitoring interpretation skills
Knowledge of AWHONN staffing guidelines
Experience with GE Centricity EFM system
Ability to work in a closed unit with occasional emergency floating
Team-oriented approach with excellent communication
