Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate home health care to patients in Albuquerque Heights
Assess and monitor patient conditions with skill and empathy
Administer medications and treatments that truly make a difference
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans
Educate patients and families to empower their health journeys

Qualifications

Active RN license in New Mexico
Current BLS certification
Experience in home health or acute care settings preferred
Compassionate team player ready for meaningful patient impact

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Proficiency in home health documentation and care coordination
Adaptability to varying patient needs in a home setting
