Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced emergency department
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to deliver timely interventions
• Triage patients based on acuity and prioritize care effectively
• Administer medications, start IVs, and perform emergency procedures as needed
• Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and follow-up care
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification preferred
• Previous emergency department or critical care nursing experience preferred
• Ability to think quickly and remain calm in high-pressure situations

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) documentation
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
