Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
• Triage patients efficiently and prioritize care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Administer medications, treatments, and specialized procedures for conditions like STEMI, Stroke/TPA, and RSI
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient assessments and care accurately in the EMR system
• Maintain a calm, reassuring presence during critical situations

Qualifications

• Active RN license required
• At least 2 years of Emergency Department experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, ENPC or PALS, CPI, and TNCC certifications
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical skills in neuro and cardiac emergencies
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Excellent critical thinking and rapid decision-making abilities
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate patient-centered approach
