Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage post-operative recovery
Collaborate with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
Educate patients and families on post-surgery care and recovery plans
Maintain accurate patient records and uphold safety standards

Qualifications

Active RN license in Florida or compact state
Minimum 2 years of recent cardiovascular surgery RN experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in cardiovascular surgical procedures and recovery
Proficient in telemetry monitoring and cardiac medication administration
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
Excellent teamwork and patient advocacy skills
