Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night Shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (36 hours/week)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions on the Geropsychiatric Unit
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
Lead therapeutic groups and one-on-one sessions to support patient recovery
Provide compassionate discharge planning and accurate admission assessments
Maintain thorough and timely patient records, including progress notes and evaluations

Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire (must be currently active)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred; 3 years strongly desired
Medical terminology proficiency required
Excellent mathematical, analytical, and communication skills

Education

Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or diploma from a 3-year Nursing program required
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient assessment and medication administration skills
Ability to work effectively in a therapeutic milieu environment
Proficient in documentation and treatment planning
Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset to evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care
