Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered nutrition care and education to pediatric patients and families
Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Monitor and evaluate patients' nutritional status and adjust interventions as needed
Contribute to a culture of excellence and compassion in a leading children's hospital

Qualifications

Current Registered Dietitian (RD) credential in good standing
California state licensure as a Dietitian
CPR certification (BLS) preferred
Experience in pediatric or hospital settings is a plus

Education

Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
Completion of an accredited dietetic internship program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in medical nutrition therapy for pediatric populations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) and dietitian software
