Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures with precision
• Operate and maintain radiology equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Prepare and position patients for imaging exams, ensuring their comfort and safety
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to enhance diagnostic accuracy
• Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records
• Adhere to strict radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff

Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology
• Current BLS (CPR) certification
• Minnesota state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (or eligibility)
• Previous experience in radiology preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
• Strong commitment to patient care and safety

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in radiographic positioning and techniques
• Experience with radiology information systems (RIS) and PACS
• Solid understanding of radiation safety standards
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
