Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in patient diagnosis
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging exams
• Operate radiologic equipment with precision and care
• Collaborate with radiologists and the healthcare team to capture optimal images
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
• Follow radiation safety protocols to protect patients, staff, and yourself

Qualifications

• Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R)
• Oregon state radiologic technologist license or eligibility to obtain
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Prior experience as a radiologic technologist is preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of radiologic positioning and imaging techniques
• Familiarity with radiology information systems and PACS
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Comfort using diagnostic imaging equipment safely and effectively
