Location: Mount Shasta, California

Start Date: 07-13-2026

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Evening shifts, 8-hour shifts starting at 3:30 PM, call required, every other weekend, float as needed

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $78 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality CT and X-ray imaging procedures following physician orders
Ensure patient safety and comfort during all exams
Operate and maintain advanced imaging equipment with Cerner charting
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team for accurate diagnoses
Adhere to radiation safety protocols and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Valid California Radiologic Technologist license required
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
ARRT certification in CT and Radiography (ARRT-CT and ARRT-R)
Fluoroscopy permit in California
Minimum 2 years of recent CT and X-Ray experience

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in CT and X-ray imaging techniques
Strong understanding of anatomy and patient positioning
Experience with Cerner charting system
Excellent patient communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
