Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations to develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to improve mobility and strength
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment goals accordingly
• Collaborate with a dedicated care team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and their families on at-home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Maine or compact eligibility
• BLS certification required
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred but not required
• A fresh graduate or a seasoned pro - we welcome all levels of experience
• A passion for improving patients' quality of life

Knowledge & Skills

• Clinical expertise in physical therapy evaluation and treatment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and families
• Ability to develop and modify treatment plans based on patient response
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
