Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 4x10-hour days weekdays vary, no weekends

Hours per Week: 38

Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve strength, ROM, balance, safety, and function
Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions for a diverse outpatient caseload
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs to promote continued progress
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed to achieve optimal outcomes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
Current Colorado PT license (DORA) or compact eligibility
At least 2 years of PT experience; 3-5 years preferred
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient setting

Education

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy

Knowledge & Skills

Strong skills in patient evaluation and treatment planning
Expertise in therapeutic exercises and manual therapy
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
