Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts - 40 hours guaranteed

Roles & Responsibilities

Treat patients through exercise, massage, gait and balance training, and other therapeutic interventions under the direction and supervision of physical therapists
Record patients' progress and report the results of each treatment to the physical therapist
Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Provide compassionate care and support to patients on their recovery journey
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and patient responses

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant
Current Texas license or compact license
A passion for helping others and making a difference in patients' lives

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in therapeutic exercises, massage, gait training, and balance interventions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively under the direction of a physical therapist
Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills
