Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws with care and precision
• Verify patient identity and accurately label all specimens
• Provide compassionate support to patients during the collection process
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with the laboratory team to ensure accurate and timely results

Qualifications

• Valid phlebotomy certification or training as required by state guidelines
• Prior phlebotomy experience preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Comfortable working with patients of all ages
• Excellent venipuncture technique and a gentle touch

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of venipuncture and specimen handling procedures
• Attention to detail for accurate labeling and documentation
• Clear communication skills to help patients feel at ease
• Familiarity with infection control and HIPAA regulations
