Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care to patients across diverse units including NICU, Peds, adults, geriatrics, and oncology
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safe and effective medication therapy
• Oversee sterile compounding and IV admixture services
• Utilize Cerner and Omnicell systems for medication management
• Participate in patient education and discharge counseling

Qualifications

• Active California Pharmacist License
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience
• Sterile compounding experience preferred
• Pharmacy residency or BCPS desired

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in Cerner EMR and Omnicell dispensing
• Strong knowledge of sterile compounding techniques
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
