Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality physical therapy to pediatric patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help children reach their milestones
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and therapists
• Educate families and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home programs
• Document patient evaluations, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Washington State
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• Pediatric or hospital-based experience preferred, but enthusiastic new grads are welcome
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of pediatric development and therapeutic interventions
• Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate treatment sessions
• Collaborative approach within an interdisciplinary team
• Excellent documentation and time-management skills
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable mindset
